Teleses Management Team The main approach to Teleses management philosophy is gathering the entire commercial activities of the group under certain disciplines, and ensuring the coordination amongst those disciplines on an organic relation ground. The main work functions of the entire group is providing goods and service flow towards three channels in the most efficient way. The first one among them is mobile phone distribution business. The second one is the retail business branch that requires its strategic existence develop. As for the third one, it is the institutional customer sales channel. It has realized the management organization based on a maximum coordination, into competitive advantage in different levels. As the management is organized in three main channels of, distribution, retail and institutive; the finance management and business development functions of the entire group are taking place under this roof. The Board of Management is composed of 6 people; as 5 members and 1 Chairman of the Board. In equality cases, the Chairman of the Board has a deterministic effect.

• Recep Uzelli

  Chairman of the Board

  He is the founding father of the company and the chairman of the board. After completing his education, in year 1987 Mr. Recep Uzelli established the Teleses. He is the owner of relentless successes and awards in his business and social lives. By 1994 on, he made Teleses becoming a highly essential player in mobile phone sector. In 2001, he leaded the establishment of NETCELL and he had been the Chairman of the Board in this company for a term. Today he is performing the bord chairmanship and stockholding of numerous companies. Mr Uzelli was chosen as the businessman of the yeat in 2006. Because of his affection to sports and Ankara, he carried out the duty in Ankaragücü Sports Club as deputychairman. Mr. Recep Uzelli, who is especially interested in sports and entrepreneurship, is married and has two children.

• Bora İnan

  Member of Management Board / General Director

  Bora İnan has joined to the company body in year 2001, as Teleses Group General Director and Member of Management Board. Mr Bora İnan is graduated from Ankara University, Department of Mathematics in 1989 and in 1994 he graduated from Hacettepe University, Department of Hidrogeoloji Engineering. Mr İnan, who began to his business carrier as an engineer, has worked on behalf of Doğuş Group in Moscow as Regional Director in charge of construction works for 3 years. After that, in year 1997, within the body of Deba Holding he carried out Ankara Region Directorate of Greton Inc. Co which was followed by deputy general directorate of the textile company Gülyuva Inc. Co. in charge of sales in connection to England and İstanbul. Mr Inan gaining experience in Telecommunication and GSM sector in Tekofaks Inc. Co. in early 1999 as Ankara Sales Director, has began working as the Director General of the company by the year 2001. Bora İnan receiving education in Russian, during his business life, in Stanlin and Puşkin Universities owes the command of English and Russian.

• Serhat Bekdemir

  Member of Management Board / Corporate Solutions

  Serhat Bekdemir, joining Teleses in 1995, has realized successful works in various departments of the company. Mr. Bekdemir, performing the General Coordinatorship in establishment and extending the Teleses retail chain stores, is currently the General Director of Teleses Corporate Solutions and Technolgi Products Company. Mr. Bekdemir has completed his education in Unites States, in University of Rutgers, under the department of Management. He is married and he is the father of a child. He is interested in theatre cinema and football.

• Ünal Karaçam

  Member of Management Board / Financial Works

  Mr. Ünal Karaçam, has woked in various positions within the Teleses body since 1991. He has been performing Financial Directorship. Mr. Karaçam bearing leading duties in 1996 in wholesale distribution channel organization. By September 2007 he was appointed as the head of the financial worls of the entire Group. Mr. Karaçam has successfully the financial and accountings administration of the whole group companies by his experience of 20 years. Ünal Karaçam is married and has a child. He is a sports enthusiast in general and specifically a football fan.
